How it works

Pick a provider, then choose a survey or offer you qualify for. Read the requirements carefully (some are new users only).

Complete every required step. Leaving early often means the reward will not track.

Wait for the partner to confirm. Bux credits after verification. Some offers are instant, others take longer.
Support for surveys and payouts
If you have issues with a survey, offer, tracking, or payout, contact that survey provider’s support, not FortBux.
FortBux only credits Bux after the partner confirms the reward. We cannot intervene in offer disputes, missing credit, or provider decisions.
Chargebacks and negative balance
Important
A survey provider can chargeback a completed survey later if they find an issue. That removes the Bux they credited. If you already spent those Bux, your balance can go negative.

Until the balance is fixed, some site features may be limited.
Common issues
- No credit yet: Some offers take minutes to hours to track. Keep a receipt or screenshot.
- Offer unavailable: Inventory depends on location, device, and demographics.
- Rejected offer: Follow the partner instructions exactly (new users only, install windows, etc.).
- Need help: Contact the survey provider’s support. FortBux cannot fix partner tracking for you.
