Why can't I withdraw?
Check wager, 1.2x bet rules, weekly deposit, and skin-bot requirements when withdraw is blocked.

If Withdraw is greyed out or a payout fails, run this checklist first. Most blocks come from wager or weekly deposit rules, not a broken wallet.
Withdraw checklist

Confirm you wagered 100% (1x) of each deposit you want to cash out.

Confirm you wagered 100% of free rewards you claimed (special rewards may show a different rollover).

Make sure your wager progress used bets that hit at least 1.2x. Lower multipliers do not count as wager.
- 4
Deposit at least 500 Bux (about $2.50) in the current week.
For skins only: link Epic and keep at least 2 FortBux bots added for 48 hours. See Withdraw skins from the marketplace.
Deposit and reward rollover (1x)
Every deposit must be wagered 1x before that deposit can leave your balance. Free rewards roll over the same way unless the claim screen says otherwise.
The 1.2x wager rule
Not every bet advances withdraw progress:
- Counts as wager: bets that reach at least 1.2x
- Does not count as wager: bets below 1.2x
Those low-multiplier bets can still earn XP. They just do not unlock withdraw.
Weekly deposit requirement
You must deposit at least 500 Bux every week to withdraw. Survey-only play without that weekly deposit will not unlock cashout.
